Refund policy

At The Stovepipe Co, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

If you need to exchange a piece, the following requirements must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date — no exceptions will be accepted past this window.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • With original Darlin’ tags and Darlin’ sanitary liners intact

If there are any signs of wear, damage, washing, or if any of the above requirements are not met, the exchange will not be accepted and the item will be returned back to you.

Store Credit Only

We do not issue refunds at this time. Once your item has been received and approved in its original condition, you will receive store credit sent to the email address used for the original purchase within 2–3 business days.

Store credit may be used at any time toward a new purchase. Standard processing and shipping times will apply to all replacement orders.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The Stovepipe Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or obscured packages during the return process.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Orders

All international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order fulfillment and processing.
